Jessica was born and raised in Waterloo, graduating from Columbus High school and then Hawkeye Community College. She worked in Iowa before relocating to Arizona where she lived for eight years. While in Arizona she moved up the ranks with Enterprise Holdings in their management program before being named the Branch Manager at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, one of the largest locations in the world. During this time she learned that everything begins and ends with Customer Service. Her approach is to “Listen and take care of your customers and the rest will follow”. Jessica returned to Iowa to be closer to her family. She joined our office with valuable State Farm experience and now enjoys serving customers in our office, working on her 7th year with State farm. In her leisure time Jessica enjoys watching/attending sporting events, spoiling her cat Rizzo, shopping, and going to local art festivals and events with her sisters.
